Global Net Lease sold a 369,000-square-foot flex building at 3290 Patterson Ave. SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $48.41 million, or $131.20 per square foot, to a New York City-based institutional investor in what ranks as the largest industrial deal in the city's market over the last 12 months.
