A rapidly expanding company based in Stuart, Florida, is taking down vacant space in an industrial building. The lease, which earned a 2023 CoStar Impact Award, will see the building reimagined to fit the distribution needs of the new tenant.

Revive Supplements, a health and wellness company, signed a new lease at 760 NW Enterprise Drive in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The landlord, Twenty Lake Management, had the challenge of finding the right tenant for the space and repurposing the property into a multitenant building.

The building features 36-foot clear heights, 16 loading docks and parking for 159 cars. The remainder of the vacant space, totaling roughly 52,000 square feet, is available for lease with CBRE.

About the deal: Revive signed a 10-year lease in October for 70,932 square feet on a triple-net basis. Kirk Nelson and Robert Smith with CBRE represented the landlord, while Derrick Christenson with Christenson Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in lease negotiations.

What the judges said: "Revive Supplements is absorbing a [...] warehouse location for a distribution facility," said Elijah Wooten, economic development administrator with the city of Port St. Lucie. "Distribution and logistics is a qualified target industry that will create a number of jobs for our residents."

They made it happen: Joseph Miller, president of Twenty Lake Holdings in Stamford, Connecticut; Chenying Zhao, director at Twenty Lake Holdings; and Matthew Morrill, associate with Twenty Lake Holdings.
