A Delaware limited liability company was the highest all-cash bidder for an office building along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison, Texas, this month, in a deal clocking a discount to the last valuation completed by the Dallas Central Appraisal District — and marking the latest example of how office space has been selling at a discount throughout the world.
