Google Submits Formal Plans for Campus in Silicon Valley's Biggest City

Google is formally applying to build a long-discussed mixed-use campus in San Jose, California, that could significantly transform the downtown area of Silicon Valley’s largest city as the search-engine provider creates a second headquarters.
