Global Gate Capital Pays $15 Million for Industrial Investment

Global Gate Capital U.S. Inc., a New York-based national developer and owner headquartered in Geneva, acquired the industrial building at 3041 Sunrise Blvd. in Rancho Cordova, California, for $15 million, or about $115 per square foot, from Tri Tool.
