SCI Rolando Fund LLC purchased Rolando Plaza Shopping Center at 6411-6535 University Ave. The Los Angeles-based buyer purchased the property for $10.55 million, in excess of $145 per square foot. The 72,427-square-foot, grocery-anchored neighborhood center sits on 6.16 acres in the City Heights/University submarket of San Diego.
