SEC Expands Lease on West Jackson

Federal Agency Takes Additional 34,926 SF

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) expanded its presence at 175 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago. It leased an additional 34,926 square feet of office space. SEC leased 67,687 square feet in 2002, and now, just two years later, occupies more than 102,000 square feet. The expansion represents the largest transaction in the 1,462,814-square-foot building this year.
