Association Takes Space in Richardson

The American Heart Association Leases 17,000 SF in the Spring Creek Business Park.

The American Heart Association leased a 17,000-square-foot space in the Spring Creek Business Park to enhance its call center operations. The space is in the 65,090-square-foot building at 1100 E. Campbell Road in Richardson, TX. It is in the heart of the Dallas' Telecom Corridor. The two-story structure, completed in 1985, features tenant controlled access and HVAC. Founded in 1915, The American Heart Association is dedicated to reducing the rate of disability and death associated with cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
