Port Authority of NY & NJ Agrees To Purchase World Trade Center Retail Interest

Westfield America, the US subsidiary of a large Australia-based mall owner and Silverstein's retail partner in the World Trade Center, agreed to sell back its leasehold interest in the Trade Center to The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for approximately $140 million.
