Property Renovation Increases Leasing Activity

One year ago, 333 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, NY, was approximately 85 percent vacant. However, after a completed renovation project, the building is now approximately 80 to 85 percent leased. Developer Charles S. Cohen turned the "tired" single-user headquarters complex for General Foods into a multi-tenant corporate campus. It is now regarded as one of Westchester’s premier office parks.
