Metroplex Facilities Services (MFS), an independent systems furniture installation company, renewed its 44,240-square-foot lease in Quaker Court I at 1188 Quaker St. in Dallas. The 118,480-square-foot industrial facility sits on 7.6 acres. Constructed in 1965, the building offers an 18-foot clear and 12 loading docks. MFS provides installation of all systems furniture, as well as conventional desks, credenza, lateral files, bookcases and chairs. Taylor Allday of Jim Lake Cos. represented the landlord and George Baldwin of Baldwin Co. Investments represented MFS.
