Pittsburgh Investors Buy Building in Fountain Square

Savannah Teachers Fund, a pension fund managed by TIAA-CREF, sold the building at 525 Vine St. in Fountain Square to Pittsburgh-based investment firm McKnight Development Co. for $16 million, approximately $40 per square foot.
