Commercial Real Estate Development Consultants Inc. sold the Post Commons shopping center at 4100 N. Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida, for $28 million, or about $139 per square foot, to a group of investors that includes Crossmarc Services, MCB Real Estate and Peaceable Street Capital.
