Lambert Smith Hampton, the national real estate adviser, has promoted 41 people to senior leadership roles.

LSH said the promotions would support ongoing business growth across key service lines and regions. The round of promotions includes eight to executive director and 33 to senior director.

Ezra Nahome, CEO, said in a statement: “I am pleased to be able to rewards colleagues’ efforts with this latest round of promotions, which will enhance LSH’s leadership as we build for the future. These senior roles hold significant leadership or operational roles within LSH, and these new titles are reflective of their levels of responsibility, impact and influence across the business”.

CoStar News revealed in April that LSH had reorganised its leadership and business structure to target strategic growth areas. The adviser committed to a streamlined leadership structure around three service lines: operational, transactional and consultancy services.

The firm’s core leadership group comprises the heads of each service line: Ryan Dean (transactional), Adam Ramshaw (consulting) and Sophie Wisdom (operational) alongside CEO Ezra Nahome and chief operating officer Massimo Marcovecchio.

At the end of April Lambert Smith Hampton announced 40 more promotions for 2023.

Those included 10 to director and 11 to associate directors. LSH made 278 new hires during 2022 and has made another 72 new appointments in 2023 bringing its total headcount to just under 1,100.

Estate agency and property services firm Connells bought LSH from Countrywide in 2021.

In its most recent results it reported "solid performance" for the 2022 full year, as it posted total income of £87.8 million, down from the £95.5 million reported in 2021 and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of £8.3 million (2021: £13.1 million).

The group said it had been a turbulent year for markets in general and a year of transition at LSH, with the business adapting to "navigate difficult and challenging conditions".

LSH operates from 26 offices around the UK and last year invested in new premises in London, Bristol and Milton Keynes.
