Zoku takes up residence in Paris

Already with three locations in Amsterdam, Vienna and Copenhagen, Zoku Paris opened its doors on April 3, 2023, marking the arrival of the innovative, award-winning concept, mixing hotel, coworking and exchange space, bar, rooftop, restaurant, gym and local and lifestyle retail, all under one roof! A place to live, work and socialize in total simplicity. Located in the 17th arrondissement, in the Stream Building designed by the PCA Stream architecture firm, Zoku Paris is in line with this new hybrid concept of hotel, home-office (also suitable for long stays), offering both hotel services and the opportunity to be part of a thriving, dynamic community. People come here to live and work, from a few days to a few months. Zoku offers digital nomads (nomadic workers) a pied-à-terre made up of private spaces (Zoku Lofts) and living spaces (Social Spaces), where they can stay, work, play, meet new people and live their daily lives.
