2664 Jewett Lane in Sanford was purchased by Atlantic Foam, Inc for $950,000 in a sale that was finalized on July 22, 2003. The 29,256-square-foot industrial manufacturing building located within the Seminole County Industrial submarket was constructed in 1984 and offers a 15-foot to a 20-foot ceiling heights. Atlantic Foam is currently leasing space at 200 North Elm Ave in Sanford, within five miles of its new location. David Murphy of CB Richard Ellis in Orlando represented the seller.
