Idenix Fulfills Three Cambridge Place

Pharmaceutical Group Leases Entire Office Building in Cambridge

Idenix Pharmaceuticals, an independent biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of human viral and other infectious diseases, signed a ten-year lease to occupy the entire Three Cambridge Place office building at 60 Hampshire St. in Cambridge, MA. The company will relocate from its current location at 125 CambridgePark Drive by January 2004. The 39,014-square-foot, single-story office building, constructed in 1983, features Bio-Tech/Lab space, surface parking, a computer room, skylights and high ceilings. The building is a few minutes from Route 93, Route 2 and the Mass Turnpike extension. It is within walking distance of the MBTA Red Line stop.
