After a relatively busy start of the year for Cardiff office leasing, the coronavirus pandemic put the brakes on activity. While Cardiff has begun to reopen, many office workers are continuing to work from home and avoiding public transport. Office take-up in Q2 2020 was down 30% compared to the first quarter of the year. However, several noteworthy deals in June and July hint at a recovery in occupier demand.
