ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings, one of the largest wholesale flooring source in North America, purchased the former Federal Express building. The 25,600-square-foot property at 1909 New Texas Road in Plum was bought from Toro Development Co. for $1.28 million or $50 per square foot. ProSource is moving from its current location at 2350-D Eldo Drive in Monroeville so as to significantly expand its showroom and warehouse space and to increase customer parking. With only aesthetic improvements planned, ProSource plans to move in January 2004. Michael Siegle and Ralph Egerman from Grant Street Associates represented ProSource. Michael Morris represented the seller in-house.
