Covinga Inc. signed a three-year lease for 14,453 square feet of new office space at 1300 Crittenden Lane in Mountain View, CA. Total consideration for the deal was undisclosed. Covigna will occupy about half of the top floor in the four-story building. The 124,409-square-foot, Class -A building, constructed in 2001, is in the Shoreline Corridor North submarket.
