Siemens Dematic, a company that is involved with security upgrades for the baggage systems at DIA, leased 31,600 square feet of industrial space at 17450 E. 32nd Place in Aurora. The lease was signed for an 18-month term. The 133,537-square-foot building was constructed in 1999 and features six loading docks, two drive-in bays and ESFR sprinklers.
