The Malaysian-backed Battersea Power Station Development Company will lodge plans this month to bring forward earlier than planned a 243,781 sq ft (22,648 sq m) office development above the new Northern Line train station, in response to increased demand for offices as Apple prepares to move its UK headquarters into the site’s famous power station building.
