The company will relocate to 46430 Fremont Blvd. from 47350 Fremont Blvd. in Fremont, CA. The DVD software provider leased 35,059 square feet for seven years and will take occupancy in January. The lease is valued at $2.353 million, approximately $.80 per square foot.
