Wyndham Sells Midtown Hotel

Affiliate of Dewberry Capital Corp. Acquires Asset

Wyndham International sold the 191-room Wyndham Midtown Atlanta to an affiliate of Dewberry Capital Corp. for $21.75 million, approximately $167 per square foot. The hotel remains in the Wyndham-branded portfolio through a management agreement with the new owner, John Dewberry, a prominent local developer and real estate investor. All net proceeds from the sale have been used to pay down debt.
