Signs 3-Year Lease with Option to Buy

United Printing and Mailing signed a three-year lease for the entire 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 4833 S. 38th St. in Phoenix. The company leased the building with an option to buy upon closing of escrow on the company's facility at 3523 E. Broadway. The 38th Street property features a truckwell, two drive-in bays, 4,000 square feet of mezzanine space, and 20,000 square feet of production and warehouse space on the first floor.
