Craig Hall, chairman and founder of Hall Financial Group, announced the company broke ground on the ninth building in its multi-tenant Hall Office Park development in Frisco, TX. Completion is planned during fourth quarter 2004. The speculative building will total 120,000 square feet on three stories at 3011 Internet Blvd.
