Camelot Enterprises LLC, a private real estate partnership, purchased a 41,000-square-foot, office building in Mount Laurel, NJ. The building was acquired for $3.75 million, or $91.46 per square foot, from One Beacon Insurance Co. Located at 400 Fellowship Road, the Class-A office building had been owned and occupied by One Beacon Insurance Co. since its construction in 1987. The seller leased back approximately 10,000 square feet, while the remainder of the space has been leased to attorneys. Peter Soens of Seligsohn Soens Hess represented the buyer.
