CompServices Remains at 1880 JFK

CompServices, a workers compensation insurance carrier, signed a long-term lease renewal for 24,736 square feet on the entire 2nd and 8th floors of 1880 John F Kennedy Blvd. in Philadelphia. The tenant has been in the building for approximately 15 years. Joseph C. Santore, vice president and controller of CompServices stated, "After reviewing the market, we decided that 1880 JFK continued to make the most sense." The building is a 20-story, Class-A office building consisting of 236,956 square feet and is in the heart of the city's most significant concentration of office buildings. David Healy of Insignia/ESG represented CompServices. Jeff Seligsohn and Judy Simon of Seligsohn Soens Hess represented the landlord, Denholtz Associates.
