Villa Escondido LLC purchased the 24-unit condominium building at 3215 44th St. in San Diego. The building sold for $2.5 million, approximately $104,000 per unit. The 24 two-bedroom units had rents ranging from $645 per month to $780 per month. The complex had no vacancies at the time of sale.
