Ampega Asset Management said it has bought the Skyper office tower in Frankfurt from Allianz. No financial details were disclosed. However, the buyer had offered around €560 million for the 153-metre tall tower, a 3.3% yield, as first reported by CoStar News last month. A source familiar with the situation said the final price paid was €550 million.
