540-Unit Apartment Goes for $74,000/Unit

Capital Foresight-Inland Empire LP, a Southern California-based investment partnership, purchased North Pointe Apartments at 1265 Kendall Dr., San Bernardino for $39.95 million dollars. The price tag reflects about $73,981 per unit and $94 per square foot break down. The capitalization rate was 6.26 percent and with an occupancy rate of approximately 94 percent at the time of the sale.
