The Los Angeles-based law firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges LLP is moving its New York office to 335 Madison after signing a sublease for 30,000 square feet on the 17th floor. The value of the lease was not disclosed but it runs through December 2006. The sublandlord was Dutch banking conglomerate, ABN AMRO.
