Developers say both districts now ready for the next construction phase

The massive transformation of two of Montreal’s most storied former industrial and institutional sites is only a couple of weeks away from completing heavy demolition. While both projects are advancing at a similar pace, Daniel Arbour, vice president of major projects at Groupe Mach, said the current state of the Quartier des Lumieres — the former Radio‑Canada site — resembles a war zone of remnants.
