Included in this list of recent U.S. hotel deals: • The Hotel Indigo San Antonio-Riverwalk in Texas sold for $9 million. • The George Washington Inn & Conference Center in Williamsburg, Virginia, was acquired by a consortium of 14 credit unions for $795,000. • The Saginaw Plaza Hotel & Conference Center in Michigan will be demolished after its purchase by the Saginaw County Land Bank. • More.
