Virginia and Siu Toy purchased 171 2nd St. for $4.85 million, approximately $227 per square foot. The building is in San Francisco's South Financial District. The 6-story, office building totals 21,370 square feet and features a brick facade, operable windows and a convenient parking garage directly next door. The team of Jerry Rampelberg and Neil Kelly of Pacific Union Commercial Brokerage in downtown San Francisco represented the buyers. Tony Crossley of Colliers International's downtown San Francisco office represented the seller, Union Property Capital.
