Trion Properties, a sponsor and private equity real estate firm with offices in West Hollywood, California, and Miami, Florida, purchased the 104-unit apartment complex located at 1503 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento from a private investor for $23.6 million, or roughly $227,000 per unit. The buyer secured the Courtyard at Artisan Square, through a debt assumption transaction with a private seller, according to a statement issued by Max Sharkansky, managing partner of Trion Properties.
