Martin & Smith, a manufacturer's representative of plumbing supplies, relocated to 11-19 Vincent Circle in Warminster, PA. The company previously occupied 30,080 square feet of space at 905 Louis Drive, also in Warminster, PA. Martin & Smith downsized operations and will occupy 19,300 square feet in its new location. The now fully leased facility at 11-19 Vincent Circle boasts such features as 16-foot ceiling height, drive-in and tailgate loading, heated warehouse and off street paved parking.
