Accupac Inc. leased 100,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1000 Cannon Avenue North, which is in the North Penn Business Park, in Lansdale, PA. Accupac provides manufacturing capabilities to the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. The company is planning to move into the space this October. It will use the space for manufacturing purposes. 1000 Cannon Avenue North is a modern, 1.12 million-square-foot industrial/flex facility on a 106-acre campus. It offers tailgate and drive-in loading, up to 35-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinkler system and rail access. John Gelman and Frank Gonser of Gelcor Realty Inc. represented Accupac Inc.
