Global Operations and Development leased the three buildings totaling 43,218 square feet at 8332 Commonwealth Ave. in Buena Park. Building 1 is the largest of the three freestanding facilities at 27,092 square feet and features drive around truck access, heavy power and a large yard. Building 2 is a 9,286-square-foot lab and Building 3 is an industrial building with one drive-in bay. Global Operations, a private volunteer organization, signed a 5-year lease for an approximate consideration of $1.14 million. Paul Gingrich and Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial R.E.
