Uniondale Office Complex Sells for $200M

C&K Properties, Moinian Group Buy EAB Plaza, Long Island's Largest Office Complex

Galaxy LI Associates, a joint venture between The Moinian Group of Long Island and Manhattan-based C&K Properties, finalized its purchase of EAB Plaza for $200 million or approximately $182 per square foot. The joint venture also plans to develop another building at the Uniondale location. The seller was a Chicago-based joint venture of the DeMatteis Organization and ABN-Amro Bank.
