New HQs for the Shriner's

Almas Temple Club Purchases 24 Acres

The Shriner's of the Almas Temple Club purchased a 24-acre parcel at the intersection of Route 198 and I-95 in Laurel, MD. Formerly owned by Barton Joint Venture, the Shriner's intend to use the land to build a new Washington area headquarters. The purchase price was undisclosed. Alan Zuckerman and Andrew Glick of Vanguard Realty Group represented the Almas Temple Club; while Kevin Maloney represented the Barton Joint Venture.
