The Cardinal Auto Center in Escondido, California, comprising four industrial service buildings totaling 24,749 square feet, was purchased by Southern California developer NDA Commerce for $6.6 million from a private seller. The price for the deal that closed in early July worked out to $266.68 per square foot.
