Jacobs Engineering, a technical services and engineering company with an extensive defense consulting business, will expand into 36,000 square feet of new flex space at 525 Fellowship Road next month. The space within the 68,000-square-foot building is 15,000 square feet larger than its current leased space. Kirk Miller and Eric Olofson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Jacobs Engineering.
