Southwestern Properties Buys Industrial Building at 1639 North Main for $4.6M

Southwestern Properties LLC purchased the 94,519-square- foot industrial building at 1639 North Main St. in Los Angeles. Formerly used as a cold storage facility, the building has 11 dock high doors, a covered exterior loading dock, and 100 parking stalls in a secured, fenced yard. Southwestern Properties, which plans to occupy the building, was represented by Mark Whitman of Dorin Realty Co. The sellers, Larry Block, Henry Fong, and Shirley Fong, were represented by John Repstad and Brett Dedeaux of Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group.
