An investment partnership called Carisbrooke Apartment LLC purchased the 28-unit Carisbrooke Apts. at 382 S. Anza St. in El Cajon, CA, for $2.775 million. The new owner paid approximately $99,100 for each apartment and purchased it at a 6.2% cap rate. The 28-unit project was built in 1977 and offers air conditioning and disposals in each unit.
