Phoenix Warehouse leased the entire 154,000-square-foot building at 108 Industrial Road in Jersey City. The tenant has already taken occupancy of the industrial facility, which features 12 loading docks, one drive in, 20-foot ceilings and 4,836 square feet of office space. The property's close proximity to nearby ports and to Phoenix's other facility influenced the company's decision to lease the space.
