Iconco purchased the 54,421-square-foot industrial building at 4700 Coliseum Way for $3 million, or approximately $55 per square foot. The company will relocate from its current location at 303 Derby Ave., also in Oakland, in September of this year. Iconco provides demolition and salvage services for high-rise buildings, industrial structures, interiors, bridge and marine projects.
