Steidl & Steinberg is relocating its headquarters from Suite 301 on the third floor of 210 Grant St. to The Gulf Tower. Both buildings are in the Central Business District of Pittsburgh. The law firm signed a 7-year lease for 3,400 square feet of office space on the building's 28th floor and plans to move in next month. The Gulf Tower is at 707 Grant St. and was built in 1932 and renovated in 1981. With the completion of this lease, the 38-story 407,000-square-foot building will become 83 percent leased following the move-in.
