Large Lease Fuels Petroleum Bldg

Penn, Schoen & Berland Leases 22,366 SF

The marketing and advertising company Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates leased 22,366 square feet of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors at 110 16th St. in Denver's CBD. Known as the Petroleum Building, this 14-story, 168,185-square-foot office building was constructed in 1956 and features excellent western views as well as a central location within walking distance to the state capitol. Trent Rice and Steve Miller of Frederick Ross/ONCOR International, along with in-house broker Gil Berkovich, represented the landlord, Sterling Associates. David Banzhaf of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado represented the tenant.
