Orion Logistics Inc., a third-party warehouse and distribution service provider, signed a 5-year lease/purchase option for a 25-acre, 221,500-square-foot industrial complex at 601 Parr Blvd. in Richmond, CA. The company will be relocating its main facility from 2353 Lincoln Ave. in Hayward to the former production facility owned by Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc.
